Flowance is a Chrome extension designed to help freelancers manage and reply to Fiverr messages more efficiently. We take privacy seriously and have designed Flowance to minimize data collection, avoid hidden behavior, and keep users in full control.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Flowance accesses, how it is used, what is not collected, and the choices you have when using the extension.

1. What Flowance Does

Flowance assists users while they are actively using Fiverr by:

  • Generating draft replies to messages
  • Personalizing replies based on user-defined preferences (tone, positioning, constraints)
  • Optionally assisting with message handling when explicitly enabled by the user

Flowance is not an advertising product, does not sell data, and does not operate outside of Fiverr pages.

2. Information Flowance Accesses

2.1 Fiverr Page Content (Only When Active)

When you actively use Flowance on Fiverr, the extension may access:

  • Message text visible in Fiverr conversation threads
  • Conversation identifiers (e.g., usernames, conversation IDs)
  • Basic metadata necessary to identify the active conversation

Important:

  • Flowance does not monitor other websites
  • Flowance does not track browsing history
  • Flowance does not read content unless you are on Fiverr and the feature is enabled
  • Access occurs only to provide the feature you are using.

2.2 User-Provided Input

Flowance processes information you choose to provide, such as:

  • Onboarding preferences (tone, ideal buyer, constraints)
  • Context notes
  • Reply templates
  • Text you manually submit for reply generation

You control what information is entered.

2.3 Account & Subscription Data

To manage access and prevent abuse, Flowance may process:

  • Flowance account identifier
  • Subscription or trial status
  • Credit usage and limits
  • Confirmation that a Fiverr account is linked

Flowance does not collect Fiverr passwords or login credentials.

3. Automated & Assisted Features

Flowance includes optional assistive features that only operate when you enable them.

3.1 Draft Reply Generation

  • Drafts are generated only when you request them
  • Drafts are shown to you before sending
  • You remain in control of the final message

3.2 Assisted Monitoring (Optional)

If you enable assisted monitoring:

  • Flowance may check for new unread messages while the Fiverr tab is open
  • This helps prepare drafts or highlight new conversations
  • Monitoring stops when the tab is closed or the feature is disabled

Flowance does not run background monitoring across unrelated sites.

3.3 Smart First Reply (Optional, Opt-In Only)

If you explicitly enable Smart First Reply:

  • Flowance may send one predefined greeting message
  • Only for new conversations
  • Only while the agent is active
  • After one greeting, no further messages are sent automatically
  • You can disable this feature at any time.

Flowance does not send unlimited messages, follow-ups, or background replies.

4. What Flowance Does NOT Collect

Flowance does not collect or store:

  • Your Fiverr password
  • Payment card or banking information
  • Keystrokes outside Fiverr
  • Browsing history outside Fiverr
  • Personal data unrelated to Flowance features
  • Data for advertising, resale, or profiling

5. How Data Is Used

Your data is used only to:

  • Generate replies you request
  • Apply your saved preferences
  • Enable optional features you turn on
  • Prevent abuse and ensure service integrity
  • Improve reliability and performance

We do not use your data for advertising or resale.

6. Third-Party Processing

Some processing occurs on secure backend servers to generate replies using AI models.

  • Only necessary data is transmitted
  • Data is processed solely to deliver Flowance features
  • No third-party marketing or advertising use
  • Service providers are bound by standard security obligations

7. Data Storage & Retention

7.1 On Your Device

Stored locally:

  • Preferences and settings
  • Feature toggles
  • Optional saved templates

Removed automatically when you uninstall the extension.

7.2 On Our Servers

  • Temporary data needed to generate replies
  • Subscription and credit tracking
  • Abuse-prevention signals

Flowance does not permanently store message content unless a user explicitly saves it.

8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Compliance

Flowance complies fully with the Chrome Web Store User Data & Limited Use Policy:

  • Data is collected only to provide disclosed features
  • No selling or sharing of user data
  • No advertising use
  • No unrelated third-party transfers
  • Our data usage disclosures match exactly what the extension does.

9. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards including:

  • HTTPS encryption
  • Access controls
  • Secure infrastructure practices

No system is perfect, but we prioritize protection of user data.

10. User Control & Choices

You can:

  • Enable or disable any optional feature
  • Uninstall Flowance at any time
  • Remove local data via Chrome settings
  • Request deletion of server-side account data

11. Children

Flowance is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.
