1. Information We Collect

• Account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace setup information.
• Subscription and billing status, plan information, trial status, invoice state, and customer support history.
• Conversation content and related Fiverr context that is needed to generate summaries, drafts, follow-ups, or project context when you actively use the product.
• Product usage data such as feature toggles, settings, linked account status, and service logs used for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

2. How Flowance Uses Data

• To provide the software features you request, including drafts, summaries, follow-ups, and context organization.
• To operate your account, manage access, enforce plan limits, and support free trials or paid subscriptions.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and maintain performance.
• To communicate with you about support issues, billing matters, policy updates, and important service notices.

We do not sell personal information and do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Product-Specific Behavior

Flowance primarily prepares drafts for user review. Most replies are not sent automatically. If you explicitly enable Smart First Reply, Flowance may send one initial message in a new conversation while that feature is active. That opt-in behavior is limited to the first reply only and does not continue the conversation automatically.

Flowance does not ask for or store your Fiverr password. It operates by using account authentication and content available while you are using the supported product surfaces.

4. Payments and Billing Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Flowance may receive billing-related information such as your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, invoice state, and billing country or ZIP information needed for payment operations and compliance. We do not store full payment card numbers.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only as reasonably necessary to run Flowance, including with:

• Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers.
• Payment processors such as Stripe.
• AI or model providers used to generate the outputs you request.
• Professional advisers or authorities where required by law or to protect legal rights.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and billing records. Some information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer operationally needed.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed by Flowance. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary data exposure.

8. Your Choices

• You can disable optional automation-related features at any time.
• You can cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal or account settings.
• You can contact us to request account assistance or deletion requests, subject to our legal and operational retention needs.

9. Children

Flowance is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes become effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
