This page summarizes how billing works for Flowance subscriptions so customers, payment processors, and reviewers can understand what is sold, how it is fulfilled, and how cancellation and refunds are handled.
Flowance is a digital software subscription for Fiverr sellers. Access is delivered through the Flowance web app and Chrome extension. No physical product is shipped.
After signup and onboarding, eligible users can access the software immediately, subject to account verification, browser compatibility, and any Fiverr account-linking steps required to use product features.
Agency or enterprise-style arrangements, if offered, are custom and are not part of the standard self-serve public pricing above.
Eligible new users may receive a 7-day free trial before subscribing to a paid plan. Trial access is intended to let a new user evaluate the software. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per user or business.
If no payment method is collected for the trial, the trial simply ends unless the user later starts a paid subscription. If payment details are collected or renewal terms are shown during checkout, the checkout terms shown at that time control.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Standard self-serve plans renew monthly unless a different interval is expressly presented at checkout.
All standard public pricing on flowance.io is denominated in USD. Taxes may apply where required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing period already paid for, and you will generally retain access until that period ends.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and non-prorated once billed, except where required by law. This reflects the immediate digital nature of the software service and access to paid functionality once a subscription is active.
If you believe there was an accidental or erroneous charge, contact support@flowance.io within 30 days of the charge with enough detail for us to review the issue.
Online subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in full by Flowance.
